This notice explains what we collect when you take our free check of where your business loses margin, or book a call with us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Pure'ist Ideas is the trading name of Pureist (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa (registration number 2025/348000/07), whose registered office is 15 Hugenote Street, Blignautsrus AH, Walkerville, Gauteng, 1876. What we collect, and why

If you only use the check and do not book, your figures are neither stored nor sent to us; they are gone when you close the page. The site remembers only the currency you chose, in your own browser.
We do not sell your details, use them for advertising, or add you to a mailing list. Booking emails are about your call only.

Some of these services process data outside the UK and South Africa, including in the United States. They do so under contracts with recognised safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, we delete your booking, figures and any recording 12 months after the call, or sooner if you ask. If you become a client, your agreement with us sets how long we keep what you share.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to how we use it, or take a copy with you. To cancel a booked call and stop our emails, reply to any booking email with the word cancel. Email ncedo@pureists.com for anything else; we reply within one month.
If you are not happy with how we handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK (ico.org.uk) or the Information Regulator in South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
